Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 's examination, we have now received a report from EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} in which he states that the magneto has been examined and tested, and it gave quite good results on the bench, and he considers it to be O.K. for production.
