GOSHAWK 11. DIPPING HEADLIGHTS.

With reference to your DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}3/M221122, we submitted N.sch,1354 shewing the arrangement of Headlights pivoted about their centre of gravity so as to be capable of being dipped, to Messrs. Lucas, and attach hereto copy of their reply, from which it will be seen that they are prepared to make up a set of lamps with suitable trunnion pieces. You will also notice their remarks in regard to the ball fixing, and also in regard to the official position in connection with the proposed Lights on Vehicles Bill.
