Re. Peregrine.

I am getting rather frightened now as regards our statement that 80% of the Peregrine can be proceeded with.

The chief cause for anxiety is the slowing down the rate of which we are receiving modified pieces and additional cars.

G.W.H. will be returning before Christmas with a car which we all know to be obviously out of date in many respects, but if he is going to continue running after Christmas it will mean sending out a car which is still very far from complete.

I think it would be a good thing if we had a talk around Peregrine some time next week to see what can be done to accelerate the incomplete parts.
