Referring to your EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}10/H.9.6.33 I am glad that it has been possible to return this car so soon with the periodic trouble, at 48 m.p.h. complained of, removed.

In view of the fact that N. had this car on two occasions in order to deal with this complaint, I shall be glad to have a definite explanation as to what has been found necessary to do to the slipper-drive in order to effect a cure. This information should be available also for N. because the vibration referred to on this car has been a constantly obstinate one to deal with from the beginning.
