[Handwritten: X4226] To E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}2/LG26.6.24. 20 HP. VALVE LIFTER. [Handwritten: X5911 (crossed out) X4226] We are sending to you a 20 HP. Valve Lifter tool. This tool has been got out to enable the valve spring to be changed without dismantling the cylinder head. There have been one or two cases from customers of broken valve springs and they have complained of the work it has entailed to change the spring. This tool, of course, would replace the present one supplied in the kit. We should like to have your remarks. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
