Simplifying the Goshawk II engine's valve spring changer tool.

Referring to the tool which we received from Mr. Hives for changing Goshawk valve springs without removing the cylinder head from the engine, it is thought that as this tool is used so rarely, the leverportion of it for forcing down the valve spring washer could be dispensed with.
