F.10 INLET ROCKER.

Attached is drg. LeC.2293, shewing the above.

We have added enormously to the strength of the inlet rocker without seriously affecting its weight. We propose that this and the old one be tested by lifting a single valve. Probably breakage was due to some error in adjustment or the wearing of the valve seat.
