Dear Mr Grylls,

In reply to your letter of November 12th, I am now able to provide you with the Photomicrographs of the recommended brake drums.

The prints are:
Fig. 1. x 100 diameters.
" 2. x 200 diameters, unetched.
" 3. x 500 diameters.

These photomicrographs should be studied in conjunction with the report I forwarded to Mr Robotham.

We trust these will be of use to you, and we shall be most interested to know whether you are able to get this structure re-produced.
