RE EFFICIENCY OF RADIATOR.

Professor Dalby has written a paper dealing with heat transmission and the motor car radiator which was given before the Institute of Civil Engineers.

Col. Fell obtained a number of copies of the paper for me, and I am sending one to Rg.{Mr Rowledge}, one to Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer}, and two to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} as most of the information appears to be useful to us at this juncture.

Col. Fell remarks in his letter that Professor Dalby has designed a new chassis testing plant which incorporates a new form of brake. He suggests it might be to our advantage for some one at Derby to see it. I would suggest that someone takes advantage of the invitation and that arrangements should be made through Col. Fell for a visit to be made.
