Rolls-Royce Ltd., DERBY. Fifth March 1940 (Tuesday) Dear Sirs, We are in receipt of your letter dated 2nd February? under the above reference. In the past we have supplied quite a number of Motors for Heater Units to Messrs. Clayton Dewandre, and we are of the opinion that it is our NZ model 12 volt, to which you are referring. Whilst we have no stock available, and Castings are in short supply, we will endeavour to make up one unit for forwarding to you on Saturday next, 9th instant. If you will be good enough to have same inspected and tested, and advise us as to the possibility of it suiting your present requirements, we shall then be in a position to go further into the question of costs and quote you accordingly. We would also like to have some idea as to what delivery of quantities is expected. Yours faithfully, KLAXON LIMITED. C.R. Gentry. Director. | ||
