deal with the insulated chamber under Scheme 1, and as this chamber is likely to be a very considerable distance away from the Engine Test Department we are of the opinion that the two problems would be better dealt with entirely separately.

The writer would be glad to discuss our proposals with you at any time and we should also like to know whether you would wish us to put forward an amended Scheme 2 to deal with the larger quantity of air, of 200 cubic feet per minute.
