X6006 RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} from EFC. EFC4/AD26.8.30. X.6006. PHANTOM DYNAMO. The high output dynamo L.H.1.M. appertaining to 25-EX is one of two whose end connections to the commutator have been moved round, the other one being the one which ran on chassis 24-EX for the 10,000 mile test and which actually failed in one of the armature connections. In view of the fact that 25-EX is to run a 10,000 mile test we consider it most advisable for this armature to be stripped and re-wound or replaced by a new 48 coil armature. Will you please arrange for this to be done. CAP. Completed. EFC. | ||
