348 RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} c. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry{Shadwell Grylls}2/R.30.4.37. ALUMINIUM FRONT SUSPENSION PANS- PIII. RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}2/MJ.29.4.37. With regard to your memo saying that this will effect a Factory saving of £4 per chassis, it is true that they have passed the bump test satisfactorily. They have not, however, run any miles on a car, and until they have run the usual 15,000 miles in France we shall not issue a standardisation sheet.
