It has been decided to fit the latest sloping dashboard to 30.G.VIII and 10.B.V. instead of the dashboards as instructed in Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Cr.{Mr Cra???ster / Mr Chichester}1/MH.{M. Huckerby}27.10.38. and Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Cr.{Mr Cra???ster / Mr Chichester}1/ME. 1.11.38. The numbers for this new dash are - 10.B.V. PD.309. PD.315. 30.G.VIII. PD.309. PD.315. PCD.1099. It is understood that the dash for 10.B.V. is already made. In order to avoid scrap it is hoped to put this dashboard onto the continental chassis. Since the bodies are instructed for the new dash could you please see that this modification is made with the minimum delay.
