February 4th 1933.

Messrs. Bendix-Perrot Brakes Ltd,
Kings Road,
Tysley,
B'ham.

For the attention of Mr.Herbert Clark.

Dear Mr.Clark,

Thank you for your letter of the 31st Jan.

I am afraid we shall have to leave this matter in abeyance for a few weeks, as I am going abroad for a little time. Furthermore we are so congested with experimental work, that I do not think we shall be able to give clutch control attention until later in the year.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
