Dear Mr. Robotham,

I am sorry to note from your letter of the 4th instant that you will not be able to carry out any further tests on the Bendix Clutch Control for some considerable time owing to congestion in your Experimental Department.

However, I should very much like an opportunity of coming up to Derby to see you either before you go abroad, or upon your return. A suggestion from you as to which date would be most convenient would be appreciated.

Yours sincerely,

[Signature of Herbert Clark]

HERBERT CLARK.
