Hancock - Head Chateauroux}1/WJ.3.11.30. Acting upon your instructions I proceeded to Cricklewood to verify and investigate the serious expenses caused by attention to customers' complaints. I investigated the following complaints of owners of cars brought into the Depot whilst I was there, justifying the necessary work that had to be done to satisfy the owners; also the work carried out to comply with the various Depot Sheet instructions. The following are the 20 HP., Phantom 1, and Phantom II cars dealt with and classified in the various units. Shock damper knocks caused by wear in gudgeon pin. 80-WJ. Near side front. GXL-11.
