Letter regarding the urgent completion of a car, suggesting overtime and night-time spraying.

In view of the urgency with which this car is required, and also in order that the chassis may remain in your possession the minimum period of time, we are agreeable to overtime being worked from the date of receipt of the chassis.

If, as we anticipate the painting will have to take place in the spray cubicle which is exposed to view from your main finishing shop, then we suggest that all spraying should take place at night, when nobody is about.
