| urgent 125 S/W. to K.{Mr Kilner} - per bag. RM{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} RECEIVED OCT 1936 H8/H1.10.36. complaint case. A.G.FRASER NASH. - B.102-GA. Further to H7/H29.9.36. we enclose a copy of a letter received from this owner this morning. It had been and still is his intention to send the car in to K.{Mr Kilner} and, of course, the normal matters, namely - 1, 4 and 6 can be dealt with either there or at the coach-builders. With reference to other matters, such as 2, and 3, we are advising owner that any alterations from standard design cannot be carried out by K.{Mr Kilner} without direct authority from the Experimental Department and the Administration and we presume this is the line you would yourselves take. We shall be glad, however, if you would write K.{Mr Kilner} fully on any points in the letter, especially what is to be done with regard to the detonation and let us have a copy for our complaint file. We presume that the "Experimental Engineer" referred to will be Mr. Hancock and we shall be glad if you will ask Hancock to advise Capt. Nash when he is in London. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} OCT 1936 RECEIVED ENCL | ||
