x5002. To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} Copy to Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}E. [text struck through] re 21-G-IV. 10,000 Miles Test. [text underlined] Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}16/E10.5.35 Referring to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}10/KW.9.5.35 I regard the hypoid gear axle and the Marles steering as the two most important features of this test for reasons which I think are well known to you. This means that we must wait for these before the car goes abroad but I rather gather they are the furthest items away. Anything that can possibly be done to expedite these two should be done so as to enable the car to get away as soon as possible. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} | ||
