Hsl/LGS.2.25.

TESTS OF EAC. CARS IN FRANCE.

In reply to our memo. asking HK.{Col. T. Harker - Sales} to change the ownership of 98-NK car from Mr. A.J.Lidsey to 'CJ'.
We have received the attached memo. from HK.{Col. T. Harker - Sales}
We have previously written to him asking whether it was not possible for the papers to be signed in England (copy of note attached) even if it meant signing them in the presence of a Lawyer.

If it is essential that the owner must sign the papers in Paris, it would appear to be better to leave the car in Mr. Lidsey's name.

We should like to have your instructions in this matter.

Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}
