BY3/H26.8.26, and we attach hereto copy of that report. In view of the opinion BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} has arrived at we consider this matter should be taken up with the Makers by Wd.{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead}, and should be glad if Wd.{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead} would let us have the necessary labels for despatch of the defect part to the Makers (Messrs.
