B.W. 40 Distributor. We send you herewith blueprint of RD.1734, showing modifications we should like to make to the Delco-Remy 4 cylinder distributor. The following modifications have been made on this drawing to improve our conditions, as against the sample supplied by Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/RC.{R. Childs} The relative position of the vacuumatic control connection to that of the high tension lead outlets in the cover. The Vernier adjustment has been reduced in proportion, as we think the sample was a little on the generous side. The union on the vacuumatic control has been treated in detail to receive ¼" dia., pipe with standard olive union. The Delco-Remy people should be approached on this last point, as we are in doubt as to their intentions. Will Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/RC{R.
