WATER CONNECTIONS - ALL CARS.

Objections have been raised to the appearance of the red rubber hose connections on experimental cars and as a result we have now arranged with The Leyland & Birmingham Rubber Co. for hose of identical internal characteristics to be available with an outer skin of black rubber. The specification is YS.13/1633.K - the former number referring to the outer skin and the latter to the inner.

Will you please order sufficient hose to change over on the following experimental cars, 27.G.VI, 28.G.VI, 29.G.VI, 3.B.IV, B.36.BN{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington}, 7.B.IV, 35-EX, and 32-EX, and make this change as the opportunity presents itself. The old connections should be handed to Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. and will be utilised for test purposes.

All future cars built should have the new type hose.
