Referring to yours EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 4/T21.6.26 and EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 3/T6.7.26

I wrote The Chloride Electrical Storage Co.Ltd., on the 16th inst. that it would not be convenient for us to receive the visit of Mr. McKinnon on Friday next the 23rd. inst. therefore we preferred that the visit be postponed until after our Annual Holidays, and suggested that Mr. McKinnon should come here on any day in the week commencing 8th prox.

We are now in receipt of a reply from the Chloride Co. stating that Mr. McKinnon is leaving for his summer holidays on the 5th prox. therefore it will be necessary to make an appointment for a later date in August.

The Chloride Co. remark that they gather the matter is not very pressing and add that if Mr. Clark will be good enough to outline any useful experiments which we would like undertaking they would put these in hand forthwith.

Wd. {Mr Wood / Mr Whitehead}
