HEADLAMP BRACKETS AND WING STAYS. 14-G-4. was viewed by the Sales officials and myself at Conduit Street. The headlamp brackets were generally approved but it was thought they looked a little big in dia. Since they appear to be more than adequately stiff we think that it would be a good idea if you could make up a set of brackets using 1.375 tubes of the same thickness instead of the 1.5 ones. The reduction in stiffness would only be a matter of two thirds. The stiffer section wing stays seem to make a very good job of the front wings and we think that they will be welcomed by the coachbuilders.
