QUARTERLY COMPLAINTS.

PHANTOM I. PHANTOM II. 20 HP. AND 25 HP CHASSIS.

The attached lists show the most prevalent F.O.C. work which has been carried out by the Repair Department during the last Quarter ending December 1931, and include Phantom I, Phantom II, 20 HP. and 25 HP. cars.

During this quarter we have divided the Complaints into two classes:

(1) Definite Customer's Complaints - Marked C.C.
(2) Rectification to such parts of the chassis as thought advisable by the Repairs Dept. - Marked W.P.

The total returns include those cars attended to at Works, Cricklewood, and Paris.

In the Remarks Column we try to show whether a cure has been found or not and also what action has been taken.

There are other complaints which we attend to Free of Charge, but generally they are less in number than those shown on the lists.

H1.
