Car alterations to address wheel rubbing and arranging testing with Commander Briggs.

with the frame, the top of the wheel rubs the body. Possibly we may get a coach-builder to increase this clearance if Commander Briggs agrees that it shall be attempted. The risk of the tyres rubbing the body will be reduced by the fitting of the stiffer springs and the shock absorbers.

Will you please advise Commander Briggs when you are able to make these alterations to the car which we are anxious to test with a view to taking advantage of his experience, and adopting them in the cars which we hope to make immediately after the War.
