P.II. GEARBOX.

Hdy.{William Hardy} in a later telephone message thought we should retain the trough in the gearbox with the long pattern reverse. We think we should try this experimentally first. Will you please therefore instruct RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} to build one box so that we can make sure that two much oil does not collect in the rear compartment and that no disadvantage exists. Production can therefore start with boxes to GL.{G. Linnett}595 like the one we have tested.
