London, S.W.1.

For the attention of Mr. C.G. Pritchett.

Dear Sirs,

Universal type R.R. chassis batteries.

With reference to your letter of the 14th inst. ref. CGFP/GL.{G. Linnett} in which you state that you will have a battery ready in a fortnights time so that we can expect tests of same.

We would like to know the position of this battery and should be glad if you will let us know when it will be convenient for us to visit you in order to inspect the battery and see high rate discharge tests etc. and at the same time we would like to discuss with you a battery of a similar type suitable for the 20/25 HP. chassis.

We should be glad if you will consider this further proposal so that on the occasion of our visit we can talk over technical details respecting same and arrive at a suitable construction of battery etc.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
