PEREGRINE In our endeavour to obtain a satisfactory Peregrine car which can be judged on the road, we are having to hold up tests in connection with the supercharger which affect Bensport. There is still a considerable amount of work to do to get the Peregrine engine nice enough to be able to judge the car. One problem we have is that oil pours from the rear bearing. We do not get this fault on J.3. which is similar design. This matter is receiving attention. It looks as though we shall have to reduce the amount of oil which pours over the gears at the rear end.
