X1280 Exptl. Dept. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Std.7/KW. 11th September,1935. Messrs. John Marston Limited, Wolverhampton. For the attention of Mr. Howard Southall. Dear Sirs, In reply to your letter of the 9th inst., for which we thank you, we regret that the drawing E.87003 was omitted from our last letter. However, as you have the drawings E.87003/4/5, and no alteration has been made to them, it will be quite in order for you to work to them. We should of course like you to minimise as far as possible the delay in completing the matrix ordered. It will probably be quite convenient for me to come over during the week commencing September 23rd. Perhaps you would let me know more definite arrangements when you commence these tests. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
