The balance of the 100 pairs of springs should be divided equally over the range of six drawings for which particulars are given on the drawings, that is, springs numbered F.71790 to F.71795 inclusive.

In addition to the foregoing, we are handing you herewith a further copy of F.71785 for transmission to Messrs Firths. In this case we believe that what Messrs Firths have in hand will define the thickness of the top plate as .300 This is their usual figure, and I propose to adopt top plates they have got in stock for this purpose.
