With reference to the 200 further sets of Wraith material which the Works now wish to order, we raised the following points:-

(1) We want to tilt the carburetter in the same way as the P.III on the induction pipe, and the drawing should be altered accordingly.

(2) We want threaded shackles at the front end of the rear spring.

(3) We expect to modify the flywheel either by reducing the inertia, or, by making the back plate flexible.

(4) We may want to use a semi-centrifugal clutch.

With the exception of these points, which should be held up, we think that material can be released. We suggest that these points could, with advantage, be discussed with R.H.C.
