Martindale} Motors Ltd. yesterday we were told that Mr. Minchin had never told them of his arrangement to allow us to borrow his car, which he confirmed in a memo. to you of March 21st. last. What is more they bought the car from Mr. Minchin about a week ago and sold him another vehicle. They would not enter into an agreement to lend us the BMW. on the lines of that agreed to by Mr. Minchin because they had a customer for it.
