[STAMP: RECEIVED]

Dear Sirs,

for the attention of Mr. Hives.

With reference to our conversation of yesterday, arrangements have been made for H.C.7. Claudal Hopson Carburettors with modified chokes, Defesser, and Jets, H.C.8. Claudal Hopson concentric float Carburettor, to be dispatched to you within the next fourteen days for test.

Unfortunately there are only about three 55 D.C. Zenith Carburettors in this country, and arrangements are being made to obtain one for your tests as early as possible.

A request has been made to Lieut. Dodson to furnish you with the results of the tests carried out with these carburettors, and also to outline their characteristics.

Yours truly,

[Signature: J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} C. Briggs]
for Controller Technical Dept.
