Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} ---- X.391 BY/HMB/G.7.4.26. re MICHELIN JACK. ------------------ We have just placed an order with the Michelin Co. for a quantity of one ton jacks of the "Flirt" pattern, similar to what we have previously been supplying with the tool kits. The Michelin Co. have replied however stating they are not in a position to supply any further jacks of the "Flirt" type, as it has been superseded by a Jack of the "Forest" type, which they state is an improved design. We are sending you herewith one of the new jacks, and we shall be pleased if you will let us have your remarks on same as soon as possible, as the stock of one ton jacks is getting low. BY/HM.{Capt.
