RR.238 (150 BKS.) (SH57.29-6-20.) MP 224358 ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. INSTRUCTIONS. To______________________19___ Order No._________________ Customer's No. 2. As received, the instrument was found to operate after a time lag of two or three minutes at about 19 volts. It was then adjusted by means of a screw provided on one of the compound strips, so that standing vertically, it would close the contacts at 15.9 volts and open them at 15.8 volts, a lag of a few minutes occurring when starting from cold and of a few seconds for closing or opening when once operating. The figures for the working of the instrument were the same whether cold or warmed up slightly due to prolonged use. The heating coil passes .032 ampere at 15.0 volts and the lamps (Cont-d) Signed_______________________ This Sheet must be filed on completion of the work | ||
