X5661 To Mr. Brock. EFC3/T6.9.27. 20 HP. MONTHLY PRODUCTION DYNAMO F.9V. 28 SLOT ARMATURE. We have duly examined and tested this machine. We find its electrical characteristics to be O.K. so also all the points of the brush gear. There is one point, however, and that is - that the spring ring on the magneto drive end will not allow, when in position, the cover to be removed, as it should do. We return the machine herewith.
