Attention Mr. F.{Mr Friese} Wright,
Service Manager.

Dear Sirs,

Thank you for your letter of January 30th.

My car has now done a few hundred miles since the axle was dealt with, and it is now just as noisy as before it was sent to you.

Under the circumstances, I am proposing to hold over payment of the account until it has been dealt with. I hope to return it to Luton in the immediate future and, in the meantime, I shall be glad if you will inform your Invoice Section of what has occurred.

Yours faithfully,
