For the attention of Mr. Bastow.

We do not appear to have received a reply to our memo ref. G/WFH/ABF.47/MM 14.1.41 in connection with an invoice received from The Vauxhall Motors Limited. We are charged £3/4/9d for the rectification of 1 Rear Axle delivered by you on the 12th December.

Since writing this memo we have received a charge of 13/10d carriage for the above, and if you are prepared to accept these charges, we shall be pleased if you will give instructions to Roy{Sir Henry Royce} for a covering order to be issued.

Also at the same time will you please give Mt. instructions to have an Advice Note issued to cover the despatch of the above. as the financial year ended 31.12.40, we shall be pleased if you will deal with this matter without further delay.
