STANDARDISATION of CHASSIS PARTS. Date 5.7.30.

Description of Parts. FRONT BRAKE LINERS .375" THICK.

Origin. To increase the period before re-lining is necessary.

Experimental Test Report.
The present lining has to be thrown away when half worn or the rivet heads foul the drum. The proposed lining will give 80% more life.

Road Test Report.
Run 10,000 miles on 23-EX. Now running 10,000 miles on 24-EX.
