Dear Sir:

Mr A R Smith is at present in the United States, and, therefore, the undersigned has attended to your letter of the 21st instant regarding Lincoln connecting rod.

I very much regret that we have no engineering details or drawings of any Lincoln parts in our possession here, and, therefore, it will not be possible for us to give you the details you desire.

However, on the other hand The Lincoln Cars Ltd. of Great West Road Brentford, Middx., Lincoln distributors in this country, do carry service stocks, and they have informed me this afternoon that they would be pleased to loan you an actual Lincoln connecting rod of the type you mention, if you desire it.

Yours very truly,

FORD MOTOR COMPANY LIMITED
