For attention Mr. Gordon Smith.

Dear Mr. Smith,

I would like to come up to town one day next week to have a talk with your experts regarding new ideas on the internal illumination of instruments.

We have been particularly impressed with some of the American schemes.

I want to pay K.L.G. a visit the same day if possible, regarding some immediate improvements we require to the new plug screening cap.

The most convenient day for me would be Tuesday, the 6th, but if you could get in touch with Major Carington and agree upon a date, I will try and fit in with your arrangements, if Tuesday if not convenient for you.

Yours sincerely,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
