DEPOT SHEET- Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs}113. x3806 x5782.
CENTRALIZED LUBRICATION SYSTEM 20 HP.
------------------------------------

We have had an alteration put in the Instruction
Books to the effect that owners should depress the Bijur
Pump twice in the morning, and once afterwards, every 100 mls.

We recommend that the Depot Sheet should be in
agreement with the Instruction Book on this point.

We think that on the Front Axle section a note
should be added roughly as follows :-

(g) Cross-steering tube ball ends must be
filled with oil on erection before each ball is tightened
into the cross-steering lever, to avoid an air cushion in
the hollow ball. The balls can be filled by applying a
Lucas oil-can to the holes in the tapers.

Great care should be taken to ensure that
the oil holes are in the correct relative position to the
cross-steering tube pads when they are erected.
