I was at their Factory at Huntingdon last Thursday, and they were trying to eliminate the noises complained of in these bodies. I was under the impression that Derby were anxious for these bodies to be quiet - yet I gather from your Minute that you take the opposite view that Windovers should not eliminate all noise which they are endeavouring to do.
