| To Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} +Vol b Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}18/KW.1.5.35. B-189-AE. A.H.R. Fedden Esq. Attached is a copy of a letter we have had from Fedden. We confirm that we are fitting standard pivots with a view to the car having standard wings when it goes to Park Wards. As I pointed out, the high compression head will give about three times the improvement in performance that will be obtained from the Aerolite pistons, and will be a simple changeover job. However, there will not be a supply available for 8 weeks. We anticipate that you are writing to Fedden on this subject. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
