We do not appear to be getting very satisfactory results from the first sets of the above instruments which we have been trying out on 40/50 chassis. An oil gauge failed recently and has been returned to you and yesterday a thermometer failed. It is essential that we have replacement instruments here as quickly as possible in view of the fact that the car is disabled when important instruments fail.
