CUSTOMERS' COMPLAINTS.

With regard to attached memos, please fill in what is being done to overcome these troubles other than what GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} mentions :-

Hst. (1) Ignition Plug trouble due to Ethyl petrol.
Tests in progress with new types of British-made plugs.

AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale} (2) Faults in Brakes.

Smth. (3) Clutch Jaggers.
Clutch jaggers can now be cured either by resetting the jiggers (done at Derby) or fitting prop. shaft damper, or both.

Wst. (4) Electrical Troubles.
Experiments and tests in progress with new types of regulator. New type of brushgear and types of bushes in hand. Makers have improved soldering of fuse at the ends, and supplied new stocks. all old stocks have been scrapped. Horns are being modified and old type replaced.

Swdl.{Len H. Swindell} (5) Oiling of Plugs.
