TELEPHONE NO: GLADSTONE 3333 TELEGRAPHIC ADDRESS: SPEEDOFAC, PHONE, LONDON. x6092. CRICKLEWOOD WORKS, LONDON. N.W.2. SALES DIRECTOR'S OFFICE. 23rd January, 1935. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} West, Esq., Messrs. Bentley Motors (1931) Ld., DERBY. Dear Mr. West, Further in reference to the new Regulator which you kindly sent along for my B-20-AH Chassis, I have had this fitted and it appears to function satisfactorily. I have, however, not had an opportunity of making a thorough test as I only received the car back from the Coachbuilders on Saturday last and I saw to it, before-hand, that the battery was fully charged. I have noticed that when the headlamps are in use now the meter shows a slight charge, whereas before the new Regulator was fitted the same load caused a discharge which indicates that all is well. I am returning the old Regulator under separate cover, but thought that you would like to have the above information. With kind regards. Yours very truly, Comenoli, | ||
